1st in-person organizational meeting

What is LARP:

Larping is short for Live Action Role-Playing and is a form of role-playing game where the participants physically act out their characters' actions.

Why Triad LARPing Makers:

This group will focus on skill-sharing for Larp making to include leatherwork, woodworking, sewing, prop making and utilizing heavier tools than most people have every day access to including the laser cutter, wood and metal shops and more.

We'll call on experienced makers from each studio to create interesting, unique items you just can't find anywhere else!

Who is Welcome:

You don't have to plan to Larp to enjoy learning how to make these creative, unique goods, if you're simply interested in learning more, join us!  Cosplay, set design, crafting and other interests apply. No experience necessary.

Topic for this Meet Date:

For this first Meet Date, we'll discuss and prioritize the group's needs, make a list of areas of specialties members may have for leading future workshops, discuss ways various Mixxer Studios can be utilized for the group, how we'll handle covering any costs incurred for Instructors & more!

Workshops must meet a minimum number of registrations.  Mixxer may cancel workshop 48 hours prior to start time, if minimum is not met. Should you need to cancel your registration, 48 hours notice is required to request a cancellation, refund or credit to future workshop date.
