Come learn the basics of 3D modeling in Blender 2.8, a free software. This class will acquaint you with the user interface and teach you to use the most common modeling techniques. You will leave the class with a finished file suitable for 3D printing. Space is limited, so register soon!

INSTRUCTOR BIO:

After 14 years and a PhD in life science, engineering, and technology licensing, John now designs miniatures and other products for miniature gaming as the founder of Wanderlight Wargames LLC. John uses the facilities and equipment at MIXXER to make product prototypes, molds, and end-use products including carrying cases and trays, dice and paint pot racks, and miniatures. He taught himself 3D modeling and 3D printing, and uses this knowledge to teach a class on the free software Blender.

Workshops must meet a minimum number of registrations. Mixxer may cancel workshop 48 hours prior to start time, if minimum is not met. Should you need to cancel your registration, 48 hours notice is required to request a cancellation, refund or credit to future workshop date.
