Ever wanted to learn how to use a 3D printer? Wonder how to use the splicing software? How do you load filament?

Great for those curious to try 3D printing, this maker experience will show you the basic principles, stl (file)-to-object workflow on MIXXER's Prusa 3D printers. You will learn how to take a 3D model and import it into slicing software, and then export the code to print! You will learn general terms and procedures and walk away with your FIRST print - a 3D badge!

Instructor Bio: James “Rob” Steele is originally a glass artist. Rob is also a fabricator and repair expert; he enjoys offering his expertise and skills to the Mixxer Community. Come learn stuff and make stuff with Rob!




Workshops must meet a minimum number of registrations.  Mixxer may cancel workshop 48 hours prior to start time, if minimum is not met. Should you need to cancel your registration, 48 hours notice is required to request a cancellation, refund or credit to future workshop date.
