In this workshop, abstract artist Beth Glover will teach the fundamentals of watercolor, including the types of washes, how to mix watercolor pigment, and how to create beautiful abstract pieces with a just one brush, watercolor paint and paper.
We will also learn about how watercolor interacts with other media to create unique textures, organic shapes and beauty. Each student of this workshop will leave with an 8x10 piece of art and a foundational knowledge of how to paint with watercolors.
If you have been wanting to learn watercolor, this will be the perfect class to jump in and get your brush wet!
This will be a fun, hands on and engaging workshop that all skill levels are welcome to attend. All supplies will be included, but feel free to bring your own, if desired.
