In this intro workshop, you will learn to build a Raspberry Pi computer for your workstation. Raspberry Pi 4 Basic Kit and SDHC memory cards will be supplied.
Building a Raspberry Pi (Rpi) requires setup of initializing solid state disk (SSD), connecting keyboard, mouse, monitor and power supply. Prepping the SSD card, building an enclosure case, and configuring Pi to meet your needs. We will show you how to 3D print Raspberry Pi cases. Once built, we explore all the tools available to use to make using the RPi as real working computer.
Supplies will be provided, but registrants can also bring their own (any model) to ask questions! Registration ends 6 days before the workshop to ensure all materials arrive on time.
