Drop-In Scratchblock Carving Session: Create Iron Art!

Be a part of the Hottest Night in Winston-Salem and create your own iron art! 

Drop-in anytime between 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm to carve or finish carving your design into a 6" x 6" sand mold.  Watch them created as unique pieces of cast iron art at the 2021 Iron Pour. No experience necessary. Check out this short video, get inspired, and see how it easy it is to create your own piece of iron art. Scratch block molds are 6" x 6" in size.

***IMPORTANT***

Scratchblock molds must be complete and at Mixxer by 5 pm, Saturday, September 11th to be prepped in time for the pour at 6 pm!

Workshops must meet a minimum number of registrations.  Mixxer may cancel the workshop 48 hours prior to start time, if the minimum is not met. Should you need to cancel your registration, 48 hours notice is required to request a cancellation, refund or credit to a future workshop date.
