Introduction to Chainmail: Make a box chain coaster or swatch!

Whether you’re gearing up to fight on the battlefield or having a night on the town, chainmail has provided a durable medium for adornment and protection for over a millennia. In this maker experience, you’ll gain an introduction to the most widely used chainmail pattern (4-in-1) You will use hand tools and learn the first steps to making box-chain coasters. Material and tools provided.

Makers under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Please email workshops@wsmixxer.org  with any questions or comments.

Workshops must meet a minimum number of registrations. Mixxer may cancel workshop 48 hours prior to start time, if minimum is not met. Should you need to cancel your registration, 48 hours notice is required to request a cancellation, refund or credit to future workshop date.
