You will get an introduction to glass blowing otherwise known as lampworking or flameworking.
You wIn this maker experience, makers will create a marble by learning to:
- use a torch to melt and shape glass.
- shape the glass using tools and hand tool movements.
- get an introduction to manipulating material.
- have a whole lotta fun with glass & fire!
**Important: Makers must wear natural fibers clothes and closed toe shoes. Equipment , safety gear and glasses will be provided**

Makers under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Email workshop@wsmixxer.org with questions.
Workshops must meet a minimum number of registrations. Mixxer may cancel workshop 48 hours prior to start time, if minimum is not met. Should you need to cancel your registration, 48 hours notice is required to request a cancellation, refund or credit to future workshop date.
